Lil Uzi Vert promises to pay $90k college tuition for random fan

Lil Uzi Vert

Lil Uzi Vert promised to cover the cost of tuition for a Temple University student on the condition he graduates and doesn’t “bulls***” his college years away. In an Instagram video, Lil Uzi, real name Symere Woods, is seen walking through a department store at the King of Prussia mall when someone off camera shuts out, “Can you pay for my college tuition?” The request came from 20-year-old Raheel Ahmad, a political science student at Temple University.

The question prompted the “Super Saiyan” rapper to stop and ask Ahmad how much. “Ninety grand, I go to Temple, bro,” Ahmad answered. Lil Uzi’s reply?, “Ninety grand? I could pay for that … but this is the thing, though. If I pay for your college tuition are you going to finish college or are you going to bulls***? Lil Uzi’s offer seemed genuin, with some conditions, “Make sure you show me all of your transcripts, everything,” he said. “Show me all your papers and everything, and you can get $90,000 from me.”
