US Magazine is reporting that Justin Timberlake will be performing with members of ‘NSync at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. The award show will be taking place at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn this Sunday.
If reports are correct, this will be the first televised performance from the boy band in ten years. The New York Post has also reported that Justin will accept this year’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award (I wonder how Janet feels about this – remember when Justin helped her expose her bedazzled breast to the world a few years back during the Superbowl performance, then let her take all of the heat for it?)
All members of “NSync, including, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Lance Bass are scheduled to be a part of the performance. Katy Perry, Robin Thicke, and Kanye West are also scheduled to perform. Lady Gaga will be opening the show with what I am sure is to be an over the top performance from one of her singles off of her upcoming album, ARTPOP.
