Rapper/singer/actress Queen Latifah, born Dana Owens, finds herself in the midst of finance litigation as a stylist and makeup artist who worked with “The Secret Life of Bees” star filed papers yesterday (Mar. 30) in Manhattan federal court seeking a total of $1 million dollars, in two separate lawsuits, for work they say they were never compensated for dating back to 2005.
Celebrity fashion stylist Susan Moses is seeking $300,000, while celebrity cosmetology consultant Roxanna Floyd is looking for $700,000 in overdue pay. Both women claim the actress failed to pay them from July 2005 and February 2008.
