Healthcare workers who are on the frontline of fighting the Covid-19 pandemic keep exposing themselves to potentially contracting the deadly virus. While hundreds of thousands of people complain of being stuck in quarantine, emergency health workers, mail carriers and food service workers are continually exposed to the threat of coronavirus.

According to reports by Detroit’s WXYZ, the city has seen a spike in the number of Covid-19 cases after more than 700 workers at the Henry Ford Health System tested positive for the virus. According to an official at the facility, the country would register staggering numbers were the whole population tested. The official added that testing positive is an indication of how the virus is spreading.

Referencing the Henry Ford Health System story, Young Jeezy took to his Instagram page to comment on the staggering number of infections at the facility. The rapper captioned his post, “Praying for Detroit… We gotta to [sic] stay inside and be safe. Not put the same people trying keep us safe in harms way. These are mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers. They have families too.”
