Steve Harvey

On Friday network television dropped the curtain on a number of shows, from newcomers (The Passage) to old favorites (The Kids Are Alright), ending up on the chopping block.

Included in the body count is Steve Harvey‘s mid-day talk show. Originally titled The Steve Harvey Show when it debuted in 2012, the show went through a makeover in 2017 complete with the name change to simply Steve.

The final episode of Steve will air in June.

The cancellation doesn’t come as a surprise. There had been talk that NBC had planned to replace Harvey with a new day-time show hosted by Kelly Clarkson.

Harvey will be alright though. He still has Family Feud, his radio show, Miss Universe pageant.
