Andy Dick has been arrested on drug and sexual battery charges in California after pulling down a 17-year-old girl’s tank top and exposing her breasts outside a California bar.
Police answering a disturbance call about a man urinating outside a restaurant nabbed the 42-year-old comedian after the alleged victim pointed him out to police.
After a quick search, officers found Marijuana and Xanax in Mr. Dick’s pockets. He was taken to the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley and booked on felony possession of narcotics, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor sexual
battery.
He was freed on $5,000 bail and order to return to court on August 12th.
