Comedian Greg Giraldo passed away tonight (Wednesday, Sept. 29) at a hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The 44-year-old comedian had been hospitalized since Saturday (Sept 25) after he was discovered unconscious by a friend during a party, he had accidental drug overdose on prescription drugs.
Giraldo, best known for his many appearances on the cable network Comedy Central, last appeared on the roast of David Hasselhoff.

Yea I was just watching him on the David Hasselhoff roast a couple of weeks ago. All his jokes were funny as hell. Totally underrated.
