Megan Hauserman, a former Playboy Playmate, sued Osbourne for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress after a December 2008 taping of the show where Osbourne allegedly lost her temper after Hauserman insulted her husband Ozzy Osbourne.

The two parties reached an agreement just before opening arguments Monday (Feb, 14), though attorneys for both sides refused to disclose the amount of the settlement.

According to a source at the time the altercation began after, “Megan reckoned Sharon was sniping at her so she made a comment back saying Sharon was only famous for managing a rock star who isn’t famous anymore – then it all kicked off.”

Hauserman was eliminated after episode 4 of the competition-based reality series.
