Back when the only people making noise in rap were clustered in northeast and pockets of the west coast. Louisiana started putting everyone on notice. It started with Master P and his No Limit crew, but when Cash Money came on the scene there was a definite shift. Juvenile‘s “Ha” was/is one of those records that put a stamp on an era.
