Halle Berry‘s contentious custody battle with former beau Gabriel Aubry over their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, rages on. This time around Aubry has filed suit against Berry for child support.
Aubry is asking the judge in his custody case to award him $2,000 per month in child support and to order Berry to pay his lawyer fees totaling $500,000.
For her part, in the past Berry has accused Aubry of hurling racial slurs at their daughter and earlier this year of allegedly assualting a nanny by pushing her as she was holding Nahla. In January, following the advise of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Aubry agreed to enter anger management classes.
