Actor Craig Robinson was charged with felony drug charges stemming from a June 29 arrested during a traffic stop in Culver City, California.
The Associated Press reports that cops stopped Mr. Robinson, who plays warehouse foreman Darryl Philbin on NBC’s “The Office,” for speeding and placed the 36-year-old actor under arrest after they discovered ecstasy, and methamphetamine in his vehicle. He posted bail and was released that same day.
Prosecutors charged Mr. Robinson with two felony counts of drug possession and one count of being under the influence of illegal drugs. He’s scheduled to appear before a judge on August 21.
Mr. Robinson can be seen on the big screen in “Pineapple Express” while “The Office” is in re-runs.
