According to the Register of Probate, Patrick McDermont, as of June of this year Brown had fallen behind in child support payments for his two teen aged children with ex-girlfriend Kim Ward to the tune of $45,000. There is a stand court order that he pay $5,500 in child support per month for the children.

If he is arrest it won’t be Brown’s first stint behind bars because for unpaid child support. In 2007 he was jailed for four days for failing to pay more than $19,000 is child support.
