Nick Cannon brings artillery in response to Eminem’s verse about Mariah Carey

Nick Cannon, Eminem

Nick Cannon took no time to get back at Eminem for his verse on Fat Joe’s Lord Above about Nick’s ex-wife, Mariah Carey. The Masked Singer host dropped his own diss track aimed at Em. And Cannon brought back-up with him.

The track, titled, The Invitation, features Hitman Holla, Charlie Clips, Prince Eazy, and even a special appearance by current resident of California’s penal system, Suge Knight.

Cannon gets personal with his verse on The Invitation, speaking on the past that Eminem had with Mariah as well as attacking his family, ”Call Kim, somebody get Hailey and that other kid you raising that ain’t even your baby,” Nick raps. “Took a page out of Drake book, this might get a Grammy/We going back to back until you respond—on the family/My baby mama killed you off a decade ago/You still crying about it bitch, now who really the hoe?”

While it takes direct jabs at Em, the song, as the title suggests, is a formal invitation for Em to come battle Cannon on his hit freestyle battle show, Wild n Out — Cannon previously said he’d be open to settling the verbal beef with Eminem with a freestyle battle.

No response from Eminem yet. For now, we shall just sit back, eat our popcorn, and wait for the fireworks.

Marshall did respond directly to Nick in a pair of tweets:

U mad bro? Stop lying on my dick. I never even had a chauffeur, you bougie f*ck.🤡
I demand an apology Nicholas, you’ve made my gardener so jealous!
