Merion ‘Suge’ Knight, 43, was taken to an Arizona-area hospital yesterday (Feb 16) after an early-morning altercation with two men at the W Hotel in Scottsdale.

Knight, who was in Arizona for the NBA All-Star game, suffered facial fractures after he was punched repeatedly in the face by 38-year-old Robert Carnes Jr. of Bethlehem, Pa.
Police arrived on scene just in time to witness the attack and placed Carnes under arrest. A 33-year-old California man, Thomas Leon Anderson Jr., believed to be an associate of Carnes, was also arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct.
