Orland Brown, the former star of ‘That’s So Raven’, was arrested on Monday (June 4) in Las Vegas on a narcotics change.
According to police, Brown, who’s had a number of run-ins with the law, was apprehended after entering and exiting a motel in an area known for drugs and prostitution.
TMZ reports Brown jumped into a cab that was subsequently stopped by police.
Brown was handcuffed and his bag searched, where police found a substance later confirmed to be meth, and a pipe.
Brown, who at the time of the stop had an open warrant for a prior domestic violence case, was booked on resisting arrest, felony narcotics possession, and a misdemeanor for drug paraphernalia.
In a mugshot released by authorities, a disheveled Brown is seen in (what appears to be) blue jail scrubs and a large Raven-Symone tattoo covering his upper chest.
