DaBaby is being accused of attacking a car service driver and failing to pay for services.

The Sprinter van driver claims he was hired to drive the 28-year-old rapper and his crew to The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas last November, but instead of cash payment, received verbal and physical abuse for his trouble.

According to the driver, the group made some stops on route to The Hard Rock Hotel, and at some point proceeded to light and smoke marijuana inside the vehicle. The unnamed driver claims that after informing the riders that smoking was prohibited, they began cursing and threatening him.

Reports from TMZ allege that after arriving to the hotel, DaBaby punched the driver in the back of the head after he requested payment for the ride, telling the man, “You’re not the boss”.

The driver also accused a member of DaBaby’s entourage of making death threats, claiming the rider told him, “you’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker muthafucker.” Adding that they “would have left him for dead on the road,” as the group was unpacked their belongs from the van.

He says that while the group was unpacking their belongs from the van, he overheard one rider say that they “would have left him for dead on the road.”

The driver eventually filed a police report, and according to TMZ, there is an active arrest warrant for DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.

In his defense, the North Carolina rapper posted an indirect response to Instagram asserting his innocents that read, “100% False. The devil gone always try you when you doing good.”
