Benicio Del Toro has been named the defendant in a lawsuit filed by a man who alleges he suffered a “major spinal injury” in a car crash with the “Wolfman” actor.
Hassam Zarbakhsh claims he was severely hurt when Del Toro’s Ford Bronco smashed into his sports utility vehicle in Hollywood, California earlier this year, according to a lawsuit filed on Tuesday (Oct. 12) at Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Zarbakhsh’s lawyer tells TMZ.com his client sustained a “major spinal injury” in the accident.
Zarbakhsh is said to be seeking a six-figure judgment, though the exact amount remains unknown.
