A lawyer for Cuba Gooding Jr. said the actor plans to turn himself into police after a woman filed a report against him for allegedly touching her inappropriately at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in New York this past weekend.

Attorney Mark Heller said his client will voluntarily surrender to police on Thursday and he is expected to be arraigned the same day.

According to the unnamed woman who filed the complaint, Gooding, 51, drunkenly grabbed her breast on Sunday night. Gooding denies the allegation.  The Oscar-winning star of Jerry Maguire confirmed to TMZ that he was at the night spot, but insists he did not touch anyone.
