Tmz.com reports that Winter Sumpter has filed a lawsuit against singers The Black Eyed Peas for injuries she says she sustained while working on one of their shows.

In her suit, Sumpter claims that she suffered “severe and permanent injuries” and was left with “mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering” after she fell through a flight of stairs during a concert rehearsal in 2007 in Burbank, California.

Sumpter’s lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages, names the Peas and BEP Touring, among others, as defendants.
