Five months after handing his wife, Tameka Foster-Raymond, divorce papers a Georgia court made it official on Wednesday (Nov. 11), ending R&B singer Usher‘s brief marriage.
The two had been married for a mere two years and in that time the relationship yielded two sons, 23-month-old Usher Raymond V and nine-month-old Naviyd Ely.
Usher, 31, filed for divorce from Foster, 38, on June 12 claiming the relationship was “irretrievably broken” with no hope of a possible reconciliation. He also claimed that they had been separated for nearly a year.
Usher has filed for joint custody of the children.
