Foxy Brown’s name is in the news AGAIN with her former manager, Chaz Williams, speaking out about comments Ms. Brown made regarding her upcoming comeback album attempt.
Ms. Brown had made statements last week that the album, Brooklyn Don Diva, was compiled “without her approval” during her 8-month incarceration for probation violation and that she had no control over the content and that the “carelessly orchestrated” album was the cause of her ending her working relationship with Mr. Williams, essentially pinning the record’s fortune on him.
Mr. Williams, the CEO of Black Hand Entertainment, has come forth to counter those claims saying he never heard the final cut of the album. In an interview with the Lip Service radio show he said, “To tell you the truth, I didn’t listen to the album after it was (recorded). I don’t even have it.“
