Foxy Brown arrested after violating order of protection

Former rapper Foxy Brown was in police custody on Wednesday night after she violated an order of protection which states she must keep clear of her neighbor.

The protection order was issued after Brown, real name Inga Marchand, pleaded guilty in 2008 to menacing her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, with her cell phone. The two had were involved in an argument that became physical in July 2007 over Brown blasting her car stereo outside their building.

Brown’s lawyer could not be reached for comment.
