Los Angeles prosecutors filed charges against hip hop superstar Kanye West and his road manager Don C. (Dan Crawley) in connection to an incident at LAX last September.

The 31-year-old rapper/producer and Crawley were caught on TMZ videotape at Los Angeles International Airport as they tried to wrestle a camera from a paparazzo who had taken a photo of West after being asked not to. Both West and Crawley are seen in the video smashing the camera to the ground after West managed to take it away from the photographer, with Crawley loudly professing “I took it. I took it.”

West was charged with assault, theft and vandalism, while Crawley was charged with two counts of assault, two counts of theft, and two counts of vandalism.

Both men are to return to court on April 14 to answer to the charges.
